Orders are sent using a tracked service either Royal Mail or Evri. Orders can only be sent to the address supplied on payment.
I endeavour to dispatch orders within five days but this is usually quicker. If you need your order urgently please contact me so we can discuss.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the dispatch date to return your order to me for a refund (postage charges are non refundable.) Items returned must be in the same or very similar condition as when they were dispatched with no damage or deterioration and must not have been worn outside.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended to use a trackable or signed for service.
If you are returning incorrect or faulty order a full refund including return postage fees will be made on receipt of the item and receipt of postage costs to the original payment method.
